2630 Walsh, a 55,000 sf office building in Santa Clara, remained unoccupied for seven years. When real estate developer DivcoWest acquired this property, VITAL advised them on the architectural and communication strategies to transition the campus. VITAL then led the building improvement projects, including a warm-shell renovation with a new accessible path of travel, the expansion of electrical capacity (with McLarney Construction), and the transformation of a loading dock into a handsome front entrance. VITAL also produced a marketing strategy with a brochure design fit for long term distribution. Apple is now the anchor tenant. DivcoWest sold the campus to Swift realty in 2014.
